about pixel glow
Pixel Glow provides web design services to growing business and brands.
With Pixel Glow, I’m focused on providing an experience that is highly focused on the client and the client’s needs, extending to education and building a new marketing tool. We understand that online marketing is necessary in today’s world, but there is a huge learning curve when it comes to building an online brand.
My goal is to provide the client with an enjoyable, honest service by satisfying individual needs with a quality product that can be used as a marketing tool beyond completion.
My top priorities are:
I have spent over 2 years developing the processes that not only ensure quality projects, but allow me to keep an eye on the big picture and small details at the same time.
My goal for every project is to balance both art and marketing. I consistently work through practice projects and read up on new ways to reach complex goals.
There wold be no project, no business, without the client. My goal is always to create a product that speaks for the client and their brand. Their guidance and involvement is key to success.
Interests include iced coffee, creepy podcasts, traveling as much as possible, RPG video games, Marvel movies, and cats.

I am a project manager, first and foremost. Each project – be it a website or logo – has a process that I’ve refined over time. I am dedicated to client satisfaction and quality control. My processes – and maintaining the right level of flexibility within them – is what I spent 50% of my time and energy doing. The other 50% is the design, the marketing knowledge, and the technology that come together to create a product that is perfect for you!
I’ve been a speaker at WordCamp Miami, been featured on iThemes.com, beckymollenkamp.com, and SheAteTheElephant.com and I run my own Facebook group exclusively for web designers looking to grow and hone their craft. I also serve on the board for the non-profit Always Mothers Luncheon as the Internet Marketing Manager.
I‘m self-taught from online resources, courses and good old library books. My first job interning at a marketing agency where I eventually was promoted to a full-time position. I acted as junior web developer, graphic designer, social media coordinator, web security manager, and SEO blog writer. In short, I’d experienced it all and decided to specialize in web design.
I struck out on my own in the spring of 2016 under the name Allie Nimmons Creative. I spent 2 years working with and learning about my ideal clients. Pixel Glow was born out of a confidence that I had found the right process and the right people
